Storefront images show the complete uploaded file by default. Use crop/resize here only when you deliberately want to create a modified file; use focal point to record where the subject should remain centred for intentional presentation work.
Low-read contract: Product search is manual. A selected Product loads one bounded gallery. Image details load only after selection. Add/replace/remove/reorder are explicit actions. Recovered media references are display-only until attached to the canonical gallery. R2 is never listed automatically.
