Build 150 compatibility boundary: the existing Build 82 fulfilment workflow remains the sole reviewed non-financial transition owner. Build 150 adds stable client_action_id replay protection to this retained page; it does not send customer messages, reserve/deduct inventory, post production, execute payment/refund/shipping-provider actions, post accounting entries or add schema. Canada-only shipping and the U.S. sales/shipping suspension remain in force.

Reconciliation before transition

Build 111 cross-checks the current order against Finance settlement readiness, Build 29 Production readiness (including Build 26 Inventory fulfilment evidence), item fulfilment mode and bounded status-history evidence. Shared Product readiness is never treated as an order-specific reservation.
