Manage products and publishing review here. Inventory, tools/supplies, media, and image workflows now have smaller operation pages to reduce scrolling.

Product correction, deletion, and SKU numbers

Incorrect unused product Load the product into the editor, then use the visible Correct or remove panel. Review linked raw inventory, choose any reservation release or physical material return, then confirm with your password and DELETE PRODUCT.

Product already ordered or referenced Use Archive. It removes the item from active storefront use while preserving order, accounting, and customer history.

Automatic numbers Product numbers move forward permanently. Leave SKU blank to receive a unique automatic SKU such as DND-01000; custom SKUs are allowed but must also be unique.

Catalog workspaces

The original catalog page was becoming too long. Use these smaller workspaces for focused work.

Products & publishing Edit product details, approve, publish, archive, or delete products.

Creative Automation Studio

Follow one project through process evidence, cost, governed assets, content packages, channel approvals, public release and measured learning.

Media & product images Edit image roles, public-use status, crop notes, SEO, product stories, and media assets. Tools & supplies inventory operations Manage linked supplies, tools, reservations, releases, stock reports, and catalog sync.

Product editor

Create a quick draft with only the product name and type, then fill in price, SEO, images, resources, and publishing details when ready. Existing records can also be opened from the table below.

Load existing product

Search works with Product ID, name, SKU and slug. Filter drafts, revisions, approved products, or archived records before loading.

Draft mode is intentionally light: SEO title/description, external listing URLs, pricing, and images are readiness items, not blockers. Switch status from Draft only when the product is ready for storefront review. Duplicate unused drafts can be permanently removed from their table row with Remove duplicate draft; referenced records must be archived.

Manage product categories (for example: Soap and Candles)

These choices feed the Category list in this editor and the phone product workflow. Put one category on each line or separate them with commas. Existing product categories remain available; this only adds or manages the reusable list.
